Fast and professional EPC service
Booked on Monday, surveyor arrived Tuesday morning and the certificate was in my inbox by 3pm. Very efficient — exactly what you need when a sale is pending. Bailey was friendly and explained everything clearly.
Good service, slight delay on certificate
The surveyor was great — on time, knowledgeable and thorough. Certificate took until the following morning to arrive rather than same day, but overall a very good experience and fair price.
Best EPC company I've used
